4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.3 formic acid. Chromatographic pure.
4.4 tetrahydrofuran.
4.5 ammonia.
4.6 sodium chloride.
4.7 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. accurate Pipette 1mL acid (4.3) to 1000mL volumetric flask, water volume.
4.8 2% methanol solution of formic acid. accurate Pipette 10mL formic acid (4.3) to 500mL volumetric flask with methanol (4.2) volume.
4.9 5% methanol aqueous ammonia solution. accurate Pipette 25mL ammonia (4.5) to 500mL volumetric flask with methanol (4.2) volume.
