Ultrasound sample methanol solution containing 2% by ammonia extraction and enrichment of the extract, measured by HPLC, external standard, liquid

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 ammonia.
4.2 ammonium acetate.
4.3 sodium chloride.
4.4 tetrahydrofuran. chromatography.
4.5 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.6 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.7 2% methanol solution of ammonia. Pipette 10mL ammonia (4.1) to 500mL volumetric flask, methanol (4.5) volume.
4.8 Acetonitrile Methanol (1 2, V/V). Measure 250mL acetonitrile (4.6) was mixed with 500mL of methanol (4.5).
4.9 20mmoL/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate (4.2) in a beaker, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
