1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as
well as signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life for skin care lotion.
This standard is applicable to emulsified cosmetics with fluidity that care for human skin.
This standard does not apply to multilayer products.

3 Classification
According to emulsification type, it can be divided into oil-in-water type (Ⅰ) and water-in-oil
type (Ⅱ).
5.2.3 Cold resistance
5.2.3.1 Instruments
a) Thermometer: division value is 0.5°C;
b) Refrigerator: temperature control accuracy is ± 2°C.
5.2.3.2 Operating procedures
Pour the sample into two φ20mm × 120mm test tubes; make the liquid level about 80mm;
put a clean plug; put a test tube to be tested into a refrigerator that has been pre-adjusted
to -8°C; after 24h, take it out; after returning to room temperature, visually compare it with
the test sample in another test tube.
5.2.4 Centrifugal test
5.2.4.1 Instruments
a) Angle-type low speed tabletop centrifuge: the maximum relative centrifugal force is
19.6N ~ 30.7N;
b) Centrifuge tube: scale is 10mL, 2 pieces;
c) Electric heating constant temperature incubator: temperature control accuracy is ±
1°C;
d) Thermometer: The division value is 0.5°C.
5.2.4.2 Operation
Inject the sample into the centrifuge tube to the height of about 2/3; use stopper to plug it
firmly. Then, put it into the electrothermal constant temperature culture that has been pre-
adjusted to 38°C; after keeping it for 1h, immediately move it into the centrifuge; adjust the
centrifuge to a centrifugal speed of 2000r/min; rotate it for 30min; take out for observation.
5.3 Hygienic indicators
According to the method specified in " Hygienic specifications for cosmetics".
5.4 Net content
Determine according to the method specified in JJF 1070.
5.5 Package appearance
Execute according to QB/T 1685.
