Refund Policy

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the PDF, digital file and/or download-link have been downloaded or delivered via email and/or other electronic means.

Exceptions / Exchanges on Faulty Products

If an item is faulty such as missing content, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and contact us at Sales@ChineseStandard.net. We will correct the faulty issue. Alternatively, we may refund you instead of replacing the product or correcting the faulty issue. See "Processes If a Refund is Approved".

No Refunds

Exceptions / Refunds for Duplicate Orders

If an item is duplicate-order, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and contact us at Sales@ChineseStandard.net. See "Processes If a Refund is Approved".

Order Cancellation

If the PDF, digital file and/or download-link have been downloaded or delivered via email and/or other electronic means, then, the order is deemed complete and can not be cancelled.
If the PDF, digital file and/or download-link have not yet been downloaded or delivered via email and/or other electronic means, and if we have not started to allocate resources for the order, then, the refund might be made in full or partial amount, at our sole discretion.

Processes If a Refund is Approved

We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your refund, please contact us at Sales@ChineseStandard.net.
