Powered by Stripe.com and PayPal.com, for products which have been translated, the PDFs and/or download link will be immediately available for download and/or be delivered via email after your purchase is complete. Steps: 1. Add to Cart --> 2. Checkout --> 3. Your purchase is completed --> 4. Go to download page to download the PDFs. Additionally, Check your email inbox in 5 minutes for 2 emails (1 for PDFs and 1 for invoice) --> Click the download-link in email to download the purchased PDF and invoice, respectively.

2. Status of your products

To view your order status, check the "Return page" (returned from Stripe.com or PayPal.com) after your purchase is complete. You may also log in to your email (check your spam or junk folder), check the incoming emails from Sales@ChineseStandard.net, stripe.com and/or PayPal.com.

3. Troubleshooting
