Return Policies
- We do not offer return services, as a vendor providing translation services and digital products.
- We encourage the purchasers to browse / assess our PDF samples: https://www.ChineseStandard.net/PDFExample.aspx, before placing an order.
- If it is deemed as a mistake (such as duplicate order, repeated payment), we will provide the refund services.
- If there is/are minor translation mistakes, we will provide the amendment services.
- If there is "significant / major" translation mistake, we will provide the refund services.

Refund Policies
- If your order is not delivered, we hereby guarantee that you will be refunded the full payment.
- Your payment is further safeguarded by 3rd parties -- our hundred-billion-dollar reputable agents Stripe.com / PayPal.com, should you raise an issue.
- We do not process any payment such as credit card. All online payments are securely processed by Stripe.com / PayPal.com.
- We constantly check if there are duplicate items accidentally made by customers, so as to proactively refund the full amount.
- We are fortunate that there is 0 "customer dispute" and 0 "unable to deliver" since our incorporation in Singapore in January 2013.
- We adopt fair trading practices. We equally welcome all payments such as PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card.
