3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Moving service removelservice
The process of providing transportation and handling services for the relocation of households or units with dedicated packaging, unloading and transport equipment, excluding danger
Handling of dangerous goods.
3.2
Moving service operator removelserviceoperators
An organization established in accordance with the law to engage in moving service operations, hereinafter referred to as the operator.
3.3
Moving service contract removelservicecontract
The written documents signed by the operator and the consumer (3.4) regarding the content and requirements of the service, hereinafter referred to as the service contract.
3.4
Moving service consumer removeselservicecustomers
The object of accepting the moving service is usually the customer, hereinafter referred to as the consumer.
3.5
Administrator administrator
According to the needs of the operation of the moving service operator, staff members including management positions such as dispatching, wiring, and evaluation are established.
4 Basic requirements for moving services
4.1 Operator requirements
