1 Scope
This standard from basic requirements, training content, training implementation procedures, complaint handling, evaluation and improvement of training institutions, training file management, etc.
The relevant requirements for the training of housekeeping staff are given.
This standard applies to the training and organization of domestic service attendants.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in SB/T 10847-2012 apply to this document.
4 basic requirements
4.1 Basic requirements for training institutions
The training institution should have corresponding qualifications, a sound teaching management system and teaching resources to meet the training needs.
4.2 Basic requirements for training teachers
Training and teaching personnel should have a teacher qualification certificate, as well as relevant professional level qualification certificates or professional technical titles at the intermediate level or above, and engage in relevant
Work for more than one year, with teaching plan preparation ability, teaching organization ability, language expression ability and operation demonstration that can meet the smooth development of training
ability.
4.3 Training materials
Knowledge, textbooks and other materials related to the training of housekeeping staff.
4.4 Training objects
A person who is engaged in or is preparing to work as a domestic helper.
4.5 Training contract
