3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Printability status
The printing machine is adapted to the operating state required by the printing.
3.2
Sheet feeding precision
The printer conveys the printing paper before entering the printing device to locate the degree of coincidence between the actual positions of the overprinting of the same batch of samples.
[GB/T 3264-2013, definition 3.1]
3.3
Sheet transfer precision
The degree of coincidence between the actual positions of the overprinting of the same batch of samples passed by the printing press for multi-color printing.
[GB/T 3264-2013, definition 3.2]
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
From paper feeding, printing to paper receiving, it should be able to complete automatically and continuously, without obvious water bars, ink bars, and multi-color printing without obvious ghosting.
Sheet-fed offset printing press suitability requirements and inspection methods
4.2 Paper feeding precision
The difference between the paper feeding positions is not more than 0.030 mm.
4.3 Paper transfer precision
The difference between the paper transfer positions is not more than 0.028 mm.
4.4 Uniformity of outlet restoration
The difference between the percentages of flat screen dots in different positions of the same printed sheet is not more than 3%.
4.5 Field density uniformity
The difference between the solid density at different positions of the same printed sheet is not more than 0.2.
4.6 Printing stability
The difference between the solid density at the same position of the same batch of different printed sheets is not more than 0.05.
5 Inspection conditions
5.1 Inspection environment
5.1.1 Temperature (23±5) ℃, relative humidity (55±10) ﹪.
5.1.2 The power supply voltage and fluctuation range should meet the requirements of the equipment manual.
5.2 Material requirements
5.2.1 Plate
It is advisable to use CTP plates as test printing plates.
5.2.2 Paper
5.2.2.1 It is advisable to use 157 g/m2 or 128 g/m2 coated paper that meets the requirements of GB/T 10335.1.
5.2.2.2 The breadth should be the largest paper feed breadth of the machine.
5.2.2.3 The thread direction should be perpendicular to the paper feeding direction.
5.2.3 Ink
Should meet the requirements of GB/T 30329.1.
5.2.4 Wetting fluid
5.2.4.1 The pH value should be 5.0 ~ 5.5, and the conductivity should be (800 ~ 1400) μS/cm.
5.2.4.2 The temperature should be (8 ~ 12) ℃.
5.3 Testing equipment
5.3.1 A reflection densitometer that meets the requirements of GB/T 23649 should be used.
