1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for the integrity of web gravure printing presses, basic maintenance, general maintenance, key maintenance and lubrication
The basic requirements and specific contents of maintenance.
This standard applies to the maintenance of web gravure printing presses and their on-line equipment. The maintenance of the flat sheet gravure printing machine can be used as reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Intact requirements for web gravure printing machines
4.1 Under normal circumstances, the speed is not less than 80% of the approved production capacity. After the machine printing is stable, the qualified rate of the finished product should not be less than 96%.

5 Web-material gravure printing machine maintenance items
5.1 Basic maintenance
5.1.1 Uncoiling, storage, dust removal, uncoiling tension control system

5.1.10 UV curing system
