1 Scope
This standard specifies the operating conditions of sheet-fed offset printing presses, basic maintenance, general maintenance and key maintenance.

This standard applies to the maintenance of sheet-fed offset printing presses and their online equipment.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Basic maintenance
The operator is responsible for maintenance and maintenance every day or every shift.

4 Requirements for operating conditions
4.1 Dry running performance
The mechanism of each unit runs smoothly and normally, without seizure, abnormal noise and vibration.
4.2 Printing status
Meet the requirements of CY/T 212-2020.
4.3 Safety device
Driving ringing light alarm device, double-sheet controller, safety bar, protective grid, overcurrent protection switch, oil pressure switch, temperature control switch,
Limit switches, emergency stop switches, pressure switches and other devices should work normally and reliably.
4.4 Environment
Ambient temperature. (23±5) ℃; relative humidity. (55±10) ﹪; the power supply voltage deviation limit is ±5% of the nominal voltage.
5 Maintenance content of sheet-fed offset printing machine
5.1 Basic maintenance
5.1.1 Paper path maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Clean the exterior surface of the offset printing machine and the operation panels. Refer to Appendix A for the special tools for maintenance of the printing machine;
b) Clean the rollers at both ends of the plate cylinder, blanket cylinder and impression cylinder, and check the lubricant film on the shoulder iron, and apply lubricant if necessary;
c) Clean the surface of the plate cylinder, blanket cylinder and impression cylinder;
d) Clean the empty sheet detection sensor and keep its surface clean;
e) Clean and inspect the feeder head to ensure its flexible movement;
f) Clean and inspect all parts on the conveying board, and fasten loose parts;
g) Clean the front gauge, side gauge, front gauge roller and front gauge adjusting bolt to ensure the positioning accuracy of the front gauge and side gauge;
h) Clean all the paper transfer rollers to avoid smearing the surface of the graphics or the back of the paper.
5.1.2 Circuit maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Check whether the protective cover, various safety switches and indicator lights are working properly;
b) Start-up ringing light alarm device, overcurrent protection device, insurance, temperature control switch, motor carbon brush, double-sheet controller, electric eye control

5.1.3 Air circuit maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Clean the filter element of the paper feeding and receiving air supply device;
b) Clean the powder and paper wool in the air pump to ensure the cleanliness of the vacuum suction (negative pressure) and blowing (positive pressure) used by the feeder head,
There should be no oil stains in the air path to avoid contaminating the printed products or the paper conveying belt;
c) Check the system pressure. After turning off the machine each time, open the exhaust valve to release the compressed gas, and then close the exhaust valve;
d) Check the air compressor and drain the condensate regularly.
5.1.4 Waterway maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Clean all filters and screens in the water circuit;
b) Check the waterway to see if there is any dripping, leaking, running or leaking;
c) Check whether the water hardness, alcohol content, temperature, conductivity, and pH of the wetting fluid are normal;
d) All water rollers in the waterway should be cleaned when the machine is stopped.
5.1.5 Ink circuit maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Clean all ink rollers, printing plates, blankets, and impression cylinder surfaces in the ink path when the machine is stopped;
b) Clean the collection tank of the ink washing device (automatic ink washing device), the ink washing tank and the rubber scraper;
c) Check whether the movement of the ink fountain motor (or knob) is sensitive;
d) Clean the pressure roller and supporting roller of the automatic plate loading device.
5.2 General maintenance
5.2.1 Paper path maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Check and clean the air pump filter and replace if necessary;
b) Clean and lubricate the paper stack guide rail and transmission device, and check whether the paper stack lifting work is normal;
c) Clean the paper separating nozzle and paper feeding nozzle, and check whether they run smoothly;
d) Clean the rotary valve and connecting pipe, and check whether the blowing and suction air flow is unobstructed;
e) Check whether the double-sheet controller works normally;
f) Clean the pull gauges on both sides and monitor whether the sensors are normal;
g) Clean the paper lint, dust, ink skin and other foreign matter on the plate clamp and positioning block of the printing plate cylinder, check whether the plate clamp is abraded, and pull the plate.
Or whether the automatic action is normal;
h) Clean the gripper, tooth shaft, tooth seat, tooth spring of the paper path, and lubricate the lubrication points such as the opening shaft bearing and opening ball of each roller;
i) For offset printing presses with reversing devices, clean the suction nozzle and adjustment ring of the paper storage roller, and control the bearings and locks of the relevant movable parts of the paper storage roller.
Tighten bolts, chutes and other lubrication points for lubrication, and check whether the paper storage roller works normally;
j) For offset presses with reversing devices, clean the surface of the empty sheet detection sensor and reflector between the reversing roller and the paper storage roller;
k) Clean and lubricate the delivery chain and guide rails, delivery grippers, opening shaft bearings and opening balls and other lubrication points, and check whether they are working properly;
l) Clean and lubricate the guide rail of the non-stop paper delivery device;
m) Clean the oil pump filter and replace if necessary;
n) Check the oil level of the lubricating oil tank, add it if necessary, and check whether the oil circuit works normally;
o) Clean and check whether the powder spraying device works normally;
p) Clean the dust collector at the delivery area;
q) Check whether the mechanical condition of each transmission part is in good condition and whether it works normally.
5.2.2 Circuit maintenance
The specific operation requirements are as follows.
a) Check whether the cooling fan of the electric control cabinet and console is working normally, and clean the air filter;
b) Check whether the grounding resistance of the electrical appliance is normal;
c) The vulnerable parts of the electrical part such as electromagnetic switch, travel switch, slip clutch controller and each drive circuit board, rectifier bridge of DC power supply,
