1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatographic method acrylamide polymer material toys of migration.

Principle 3
After deionized water was extracted as an analog toys acrylamide (see Appendix A), the extract was filtered through a filter membrane with high performance liquid chromatography

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
Acrylamide 4.1 Standard substance. purity ≥99.5%.
4.2 acrylamide standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of acrylamide standard substance (accurate to 0.1mg), formulated with water to a concentration of
1000mg/L standard stock solution, valid for three months. Diluted to concentrations applicable standard working solution with water as needed.
5. Apparatus
5.1 High performance liquid chromatograph. equipped with a UV detector.
5.2 High performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
5.3 micro-injector. 40μL.
5.4 Analysis of balance. to be reading 0.0001g.
5.5 Extraction bottle. 250mL, with screw plug.
5.6 stainless steel tweezers.
5.7 rotator. the ability to control the extraction bottles to 60r/min ± 5r/min speed up and down the rotation.
5.8 0.45μm membrane filtration water system.
