Contaminated organisms are divided into three types. software, hardware and complex. 2.2 Soft-contaminated organism softfouling Sludge and seaweed attached to equipment and facilities in the water. 2.3 Sludge slime Marine microorganisms are attached to the primary stage of the hull. Note. The first step of the pollution process is the formation of sludge, immersed in the surface of the object in the seawater, will quickly form a layer of sludge containing bacteria, fungi, original Raw animals and seaweed. The surface of the wet object will adhere to bacteria and polluting organisms within 1 hour, forming a smooth sludge layer on the surface of the object. 2.4 Seaweed and other algae grassandotherfouling A single plant or a long series of simple plants attached to the reef, various parts of the hull and other solid structures in the water. 2.5 Hard-contaminated organism hardfouling Contaminated organisms such as barnacles, tubular worms and calcium carbonate deposits. 2.6 Barnacles barnacles A cluster of grayish-white, marine organisms with a calcareous outer shell attached to the object. Note. There is usually a conical hard shell with a jagged top. 2.7 Tubular worm tubeworms Usually one of the upper ends formed along the hull is a red meat head and the lower end is a long, straight white tubular creature. 2.8 Calcium carbonate deposits calcareousdeposits It is deposited from the exposed metal surface of magnesium and calcium carbonate in water. Note. There is a strong adhesion, especially on the bare metal surface of the propeller, it is easy to form a uniform calcium carbonate deposit.
