3 materials and equipment

3.3 dish. diameter of 90mm.
3.4 inoculating needle, ring vaccination.
3.5 slide.
3.6 sample preparation equipment. tweezers, scissors, spoons.
3.7 Balance. 0g ~ 600g, a sense of the amount of 0.1g.
3.8 homogenizer. Speed 1000r/min or more.
3.9 incubator. 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
