1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, and transportation of poultry scalding machines.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Under the specified process conditions, the percentage of the bird's body area that is not soaked by the root or yellow skin of the bird is not soaked.
3.2
Under the specified process conditions, the number of white ripening of poultry breasts in the poultry after scalding accounted for the percentage of the total.
