1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements, site selection and layout, facilities and equipment, sanitation, procurement and acceptance, storage of community vegetable shop setting and operation process.
Requirements for deposit, sales, product traceability and recall, personnel, and label management.
This standard applies to the setting and management of community restaurants.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 basic requirements
4.1 Community shops should have legal business licenses and other relevant business documents.
