1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements, site selection and layout, facilities and equipment, sanitation, procurement and the establishment and operation of fresh aquatic products stores.
Requirements for acceptance, keep-alive and preservation, storage, sales, product traceability and recall, personnel and label management.

3 Terms and definitions
