1 Scope
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspections of various cutting machine products in slice pork processing equipment.
Rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage.
This standard is applicable to special equipment for slicing and cutting of sliced pork in slaughter enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Under normal operation, the amount of meat lost during the horizontal section of the sliced pork with a body weight of 100 kg ± 2.5 kg was cut.
3.2
The friction between the saw blade and the meat during the cutting process is heated, resulting in the meat edge ripening and denaturation of the cutting edge.

4.1 type
The cutting machine is divided into a belt cutting machine and a disc cutting machine according to the type of the cutting saw. The disc cutting machine is further divided according to the distribution of the tooth edges.
