Water afforestation technical regulations
1 Scope
This standard specifies the indicators for nursery construction, storage, and afforestation.
This standard is suitable for areas where the climate in northern China is relatively dry and cold, and there are conditions for diverting river water, especially for water diversion.
The natural germination and irrigation time of afforestation seedlings are not synchronized with the physiological drought of afforestation seedlings, with the aim of improving afforestation in such areas.
Survival rate.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Water awaiting afforestation
There is a disconnect between the afforestation season in the northern irrigated area and the reference river water irrigation time, resulting in low afforestation survival rate and low conservation rate.
In the autumn and winter of the previous year, the wood was stored in winter, artificially extending the dormancy period of the seedlings, so that the afforestation season was synchronized with the reference river irrigation time.
Solve the problem that the survival rate of seedlings can not be watered in time after afforestation is not high.
3.2
Physiological droughtphysicaldrought
Because the soil temperature is too low or the concentration of the soil solution is too high, the physiological functions of the plant roots are disturbed and cannot be properly absorbed.
The current drought phenomenon.
3.3
Dormant hibernationperiod
The growth and metabolism of plants or their organs during the development process to adapt to adverse environmental factors or their own growth.
The period of pause.
3.4
Big seedlings bigsizedseedlings
Seedling height and seedlings with large diameters. The seedling standards of different tree species are inconsistent, such as the general poplar broadleaf tree seedlings in the north.
For a height of 1.8m or more, a breast diameter of 2cm or more can be counted as a large seedling, and most of the shrubs in the sand area can be counted at a height of 0.5m or more.
For the big seedlings.
