3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Uncontrolled combustion on the "forest land" as stipulated in Article 2 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China.
3.2
The area of forest land as stipulated in the Regulations for the Implementation of the Forest Law That is, it includes arbor forest land and bamboo with a canopy degree of 0.2 or more.
Forest land, shrub land, sparse forest land, harvested land, burned land, unforested forest land, nursery land, and the planning of the people's government at or above the county level
woodland.
3.3
The area of the forest that has been burnt. Regardless of the degree of fire, it is counted in the area affected by forest fires.

A fire or object that causes the burning of forest combustibles. Forest fire sources are usually divided into different types.

Forest fires caused directly or indirectly by human factors.
