This standard replaces LY 1063-1992 "National Forest Fire Insurance Zoning Level".
This standard has major technical changes in the determination of national forest fire risk zoning grade standards, which can be summarized as the following four aspects. First, the forest
The change of the fire risk factor weight determination method; the second is the adjustment of the fire risk factor in the forest fire risk factor weight table; the third is the forest fire risk level threshold table
The increase of technical indicators in the middle; the fourth is the adjustment of technical indicators in the forest fire risk rating threshold table.
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.

National Forest Fire Insurance Zoning Level
1 Scope
This standard specifies the national forest fire risk zoning level and its zoning methods.
This standard applies to forest fire insurance zoning of county-level administrative divisions nationwide.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Forest land with continuous area greater than 0.067hm2, canopy density of 0.2 or more, and forest vegetation, including arbor forest, mangrove forest and bamboo forest.
2.2
Attached to shrub species or arbor species that are dwarfed into shrubs due to habitat and small mixed bamboo with a breast diameter of less than 2 cm
Wood forest for the purpose or protection, continuous area greater than 0.067hm2, coverage of more than 30% of the woodland.
2.3
Artificial afforestation has not become a forest land and is not a forest land.
2.3.1
Afforestation (including planting seedlings, hole planting or strip planting, afforestation) and aerial seeding afforestation (including simulated aerial seeding)
The results are in line with one of the following conditions. the forest land is evenly distributed and has not been closed but has the hope of becoming a forest.
a) The survival rate of artificial afforestation is more than 85% in the current year or the preservation rate is 80% (the annual average precipitation is less than 400mm.
