1 Scope
This standard specifies the types and document requirements, appearance styles, and information content of transport permits in road transport electronic certificates.
This standard applies to the generation, data processing, and processing of electronic permits for road transport permits and Internet-booked rental car transport permits in the People's Republic of China.

4 Types of electronic certificates and document requirements
4． 1 Type of license
The road transport e-certificate includes a road transport permit and a network-reserved taxi transport permit.
Two categories.
6. The type code of the electronic certificate of the transport certificate is in accordance with GB/T 3690-2018. 6. The rules of 3 are generated, and their types and codes are shown in Table 1.

4． 2 Document requirements
The requirements for the electronic certificate of the transport permit are as follows.
a) The electronic certificate file should meet the technical requirements of GB/T 36905, and generate layout documents in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3319
format;
b) The interface of the electronic license sharing service shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3609 and GB/T 3609.
5 Appearance of electronic ID
5． １ Specifications
The specifications of the electronic certificate of the transport certificate are. A4 (29.7mm × 21.0mm), vertical version.

The electronic certificate of the transport permit shall be stamped with an electronic seal. The electronic seal style requirements are as follows.
a) The electronic seal should be consistent with the physical seal;

The electronic certificate of the transport permit contains a QR code and the requirements are as follows.

b) Code system. follow the requirements of GB/T 2776.
