1 Scope
This standard specifies the types and document requirements, appearance styles, and information content of professional qualification certificates in electronic certificates for road transport.
This standard applies to the People's Republic of China's road transport practitioners' qualification certificates, patrol taxi driver's licenses, and online appointments.
Generation, data processing, exchange and sharing of electronic licenses for taxi driver's licenses.

4 Types of electronic certificates and document requirements
4． 1 Type of license
The qualification certificate for road transport e-licenses includes the qualification certificate for road transport employees in the People's Republic of China, patrol taxis
There are three types of driver's licenses and online taxi rental licenses.
The type code of the electronic certificate of the professional qualification certificate is in accordance with GB/T 3690-2018. 6. 3 rule generation, see type and code

4． 2 Document requirements
The requirements for the electronic certificate of the qualification certificate are as follows.
a) The electronic certificate file shall comply with the technical requirements of GB/T 3690, and the layout document format shall be generated in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3319.

5 Appearance of electronic ID

The electronic certificate of the qualification certificate shall be stamped with an electronic seal. The electronic seal style requirements are as follows.

5． 2． 6 QR code
The electronic certificate of the qualification certificate contains a QR code, and the requirements are as follows.
a) Dimensions. 25mm × 25mm.
b) Code system. follow the requirements of GB/T 2776.
c) print position.

5． 2． 7 Staff photos
The e-certificate of the qualification certificate should be printed with a photo of the person. The photo format requirements are as follows.
a) Personnel photo size. 25mm × 35mm.
b) Printing position. The margin above the certificate is 92. 0mm, the right margin is 30. 0mm.
c) Photo pixel requirements. (N ∗ 295) ∗ (N ∗ 413), N should be 1 or greater.
5． 2． 8 Supervision information
The e-certificate of the qualification certificate shall be printed with the words "produced by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China" in the lower right corner. 0mm,
