1 Scope
This standard specifies the types and document requirements, appearance styles, and information content of business licenses in road transport electronic licenses.
This standard applies to the People's Republic of China's road transport business license, road dangerous goods transport license, and online booking of taxis.
Generation, data processing, exchange and sharing of business licenses and electronic licenses for road transport permits for radioactive materials.

4 Types of electronic certificates and document requirements
4． 1 Type of license
The licenses for road transport e-licenses include road transport business licenses, road dangerous goods transport licenses, and online reservations.
There are four types of car rental licenses and road transport licenses for radioactive materials.

The business license electronic license type code is generated in accordance with Chapter 7 of GB/T 3690-2018 and the rules of YWFW C 0123.

4． 2 Document requirements
The requirements for the electronic certificate of the business license are as follows.
a) The electronic certificate file should meet the technical requirements of GB/T 36905, and generate layout documents in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3319
format;
b) The interface of the electronic license sharing service shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3609 and GB/T 3609.
5 Appearance of electronic ID
5． １ Specifications
The specifications and dimensions of the electronic license of the business license are. A4 (29.7mm × 21.0mm), horizontal version.

The electronic certificate of the business license shall be stamped with an electronic seal. The electronic seal style requirements are as follows.

The business license electronic certificate contains a QR code, and the requirements are as follows.
