3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 8541 apply to this document. 3.1 Titanium alloy α β forging α β forgingoftitanium-aloy Titanium alloys are forged after heating at 20°C~50°C below the β transformation temperature (Tβ), that is, conventional two-phase zone forging to obtain a dual-state structure or Isometric organization. 3.2 Titanium alloy near β forging near β forging of titanium-aloy Titanium alloys are forged after heating at 10°C~20°C below the beta transition temperature (Tβ), and the primary alpha phase content is usually 15%~ 30% dual-state organization. 3.3 Titanium alloy quasi β forging of titanium-aloy The titanium alloy is preheated at 10℃ below the β transformation temperature (Tβ) and then heated with the furnace to 30℃ above the β transformation temperature (Tβ), and then heated for a short time. Forging is performed to obtain a net basket organization or two-state organization with a primary α-phase content of not more than 15%. 3.4 Titanium alloy β forging β forgingoftitanium-aloy Titanium alloys are forged after heating in the β zone at 10°C or higher above the β transformation temperature (Tβ), and the primary α phase content is usually obtained Not more than 15% net basket organization or sheet organization. 3.5 Isothermal forging of titanium-aloy During the titanium alloy die forging process, the blank temperature is kept constant forging method. Under normal circumstances, the mold temperature is the temperature of the forged workpiece 95%~100% of the pressure, the pressure holding time is usually 60s~900s.
