1 Scope
This standard specifies the process specifications for deformed aluminum alloy precision forgings (hereinafter referred to as "forgings"), including general rules, forging drawing design, and equipment selection
Model, mold design, process design.
This standard is applicable to the process preparation of deformed aluminum alloy precision forgings with a mass less than 15kg.

3 Terms and definitions

Hotbacktothefurnace
During the forging process, the temperature of the blank is close to the final forging temperature. Forging should not be continued, and it needs to be reheated.
4 Principles of process compilation
4.1 General
The general process preparation content should include forging drawing design, equipment selection, mold design, and process design.
4.2 Forging drawing design
4.2.1 Parting line
The parting line should be able to ensure the continuous and complete flow line of the forging, and avoid eddy current, through-flow and end exposure. The parting line should be as shown in Figure 1a) and Figure 1b)
