1 Scope
This part of GB/T 38317 specifies the outline structure and safety of smart energy meter structure A-type energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "A-type meters").
Installation size, material and technology requirements.
This section applies to type A instruments installed and used in a power grid with a nominal frequency of 50Hz.
