Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard uses the redrafted law to amend the use of ISO 12924.2010 "Lubricants, industrial oils and related products (L Class) Group X (Run
Grease) Specification.
This standard compared with ISO 12924.2010 there are technical differences, Appendix A gives the corresponding technical differences and the reasons for a
Table.
This standard also made the following editorial changes.

Group X (Grease) Specification
1 Scope
This standard as suppliers, end users and equipment manufacturers to produce, purchase and use of grease guide.
GB/T 7631.8 specified in the L class (lubricant and related products) on the X group (grease) classification, according to this
Classification system, a grease can only use a set of code. This set of codes reflects the most severe grease encountered during application
Temperature, water pollution and load conditions.
NOTE Although both greases have the same classification and specifications according to Standard GB/T 7631.8 or according to this standard, they may not always be compatible.
Mixing incompatible grease may cause damage to the equipment, so it is advisable to consult the grease supplier before changing the grease type
advisory.
It is suggested to combine GB/T 7631.8 to understand and use this standard.
