1 Scope
This standard specifies the food of animal origin avermectin residues in the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
This standard applies to the determination of avermectin, ivermectin and Eprinomectin residues in beef and beef liver.
The standard method detection limit. avermectin in beef and bovine liver tissue tissue detection limits were 2μg/kg.

4 Reagents and materials
4.1 avermectin kit
4.1.1 96 (12 × 8 wells) coated with antigen coupled avermectin.
4.1.2 avermectin standard solution (at least five times higher than the level of dilution, plus a blank).
4.1.3 avermectin antibody solution.
4.1.4 peroxidase label.
4.1.5 chromogenic substrate solution A solution. carbamide peroxide.

4.1.7 stop solution. 1mol/L sulfuric acid.
4.1.8 buffer (2-fold concentrated solution).
