GB/T 6682 analytical laboratory use specifications and test methods (GB/T 6682-1992, neq ISO 3696. 1987) Principle 3 By indirect competitive ELISA method, on the strips coated with coupling antigen, the sample remaining avermectin and microtiter plates The antibody conjugate antigens competition avermectin after adding enzyme-labeled antibody reagent color, stop solution to stop the reaction. In using a microplate reader Absorbance was measured at 450nm, and the absorbance of avermectin residues in negative correlation with the standard curve can be derived avermectin Residues content of the drug.
