Summary
This standard applies to both of the following conditions mobile pressure vessel: (1) has a filling and unloading media functions, and participate in the railway, road or sea transport, (2) working pressure tank or equal to 0. 1Mpa, cylinders nominal working pressure greater than or equal to 0. 2Mpa, (3) is greater than or equal to the tank pit 450L, cylinder volume is greater than or equal to 1000L, (4) filling medium for the gas, and the maximum operating temperature is higher than or equal to its standard boiling point of the liquid, the rules applicable mobile pressure vessels, tanks or cylinders except, pipeline, safety accessories, handling attachments, but its scope also includes running gear or framework. This procedure provides the basic safety requirements of mobile pressure vessel.
