1 Scope
This section SN/T 2206 specifies the test methods in cosmetics streptococci.
This section applies to cosmetics strep test.
2 Equipment and Materials
2.1 incubator. 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
2.2 high-pressure steam sterilizer.
2.3 Refrigerator. 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃.
2.4 Microscope. 10 × ~ 100 ×.
2.5 Balance. maximum weight capacity 2000g, accurate to 0.1g.
2.6 sterile pipette. 1mL (with 0.01mL scale), 5mL (with 0.1mL scale), 10mL (with 0.1mL scale).
2.7 sterile tubes. 16mm × 160mm, 18mm × 180mm.
2.8 sterile Petri dish. diameter of 90mm.
2.9 Sterilization flask. containing glass beads.
2.10 pH meter or pH paper.
2.11 alcohol lamp.
2.12 sterile scissors, tweezers.
