GB/T 6682 analytical laboratory use specifications and test methods
Principle 3
After the solution was extracted wooden toys preservative (see Appendix A) with ethanol/glacial acetic acid (9 + 1), the extract was derivatized mining acetic anhydride
It was determined by gas chromatography, internal standard curve for quantitative analysis.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, test water should be consistent with GB/T 6682 a water standards.
4.1 n-hexane.
4.2 ethanol.
4.3 glacial acetic acid.
4.4 of acetic anhydride.
4.5 potassium carbonate.
4.6 anhydrous sodium. Before using burning at 650 ℃ 4h, stored in a desiccator, cool reserve.
4.7 potassium carbonate solution (0.1mol/L). Weigh 13.8g potassium carbonate in 1000mL volumetric flask with water to volume, and mix.
4.8 sodium sulfate solution (20g/L). Weigh 20g of anhydrous sodium sulfate to 1000mL volumetric flask with water to volume, and mix.
4.9 ethanol/glacial acetic acid (9 + 1). glacial acetic acid to ethanol with a volume ratio of 9 arranged in solution.
4.10 2,4-dichlorophenol standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.11 2,3,4,6-tetrachloro-phenol standards. purity ≥98%.
4.12 2,4,6-trichlorophenol standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.13 2,4,5-trichlorophenol standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.14 pentachlorophenol standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.15 Lindane standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.16 cyfluthrin standard. a mixture of isomers.
4.17 cypermethrin standard. Purity ≥97%.
4.18 deltamethrin standard. Purity ≥98%.
