1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, the main varieties of olive cultivation, garden technology, soil and fertilizer management, plastic pruning, pest control,
Harvesting and storage.
This standard applies to the cultivation and management of olive oil in the suitable area of China (refer to Appendix A).

3 Terms and definitions
3.1
Oil variety varietyforoil
The fruit is suitable for extracting olive oil varieties. The fruit has the characteristics of high oil content and good oil quality.
3.2
Fruit with variety varietyforfruit
The fruit is suitable for processing into foods such as canned foods and preserved fruits. The fruit has tender flesh, fresh and full, small pit, high fruit rate, and flesh.

The weight of olive oil in the olive fruit is a percentage of the weight of the fresh fruit.
4 Building technology
4.1 Site selection
4.1.1 Site conditions
In the olive oil suitable area (see Appendix A), choose a relatively concentrated contiguous, convenient transportation, water source is sufficient for the site, planted in the mountains

4.1.2 Soil conditions
4.1.2.1 Sandy loam with good permeability, sand (particle diameter 2.0mm~0.02mm) is 45%~65%, powder (particle diameter)
0.02mm~0.002mm) is 10%~35%, and cosmid (particle diameter < 0.002mm) is 10%~35%.
