3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Eucalyptus fast-growing and high-yield forest
Providing wood raw materials for pulping, paper making, wood-based panels, etc. through suitable seedlings and intensive management measures under suitable site conditions
And in the short-term, the growth of forest stand reaches a certain level, and its growth index is closely related to the level of scientific and technological development and natural conditions.
Guan, the current average growth of fast-growing and high-yield forests of eucalyptus forests should reach 30.0 m3/hm2 or more in principle, and the type II cultivation areas should reach
22.5m3/hm2 or more. Compared with common eucalyptus plantations, it has a high input per unit area and a short wood cultivation period (6 years to 8 years).
The yield of the area is high and the benefits are significant.
4 Eucalyptus fast-growing and high-yield forest growth indicators
The annual growth per hectare of the high-yield forest at 6 years, the main cultivation area of the I-type area. 30.0m3/hm2 or more; the IIa sub-area is the general cultivation
The plateau sub-region and the IIb sub-region are the sub-regions of the general cultivation zone. 22.5 m3/hm2 or more.
5 variety selection and seedling requirements
5.1 Variety selection
Choose the mother forest, seed garden seeds or the measured excellent cloned propagation materials after the provincial level and above. Cultivation
The commonly used varieties of the area are shown in Table 1.
