7 Detection of mercury in batteries
Detection of mercury in batteries according to GB/T 20155-2006 execution.
Ordinary button battery a single detector, weighing only a few small button cell battery detection, the total mass of not less than 1g.
8 cells compliance determination of mercury content
8.1 Ordinary button battery
Detecting two batteries, if the mercury content of two batteries are below a predetermined value, it is determined that mercury levels to meet the requirements;
If the mercury content of two batteries are higher than a predetermined value, it is determined that mercury levels do not meet the requirements;
If the mercury content of a battery is higher than a predetermined value, and the other one below the predetermined value, the other to take two batteries to detect, if the second test is still
Battery failure, it is determined that the mercury content does not meet the requirements.
8.2 small button cell
Total quality testing no less than 1g of only a few cells, if the mercury content is lower than the predetermined value, it is determined that mercury levels to meet the requirements; if mercury levels higher than
The predetermined value, it is determined that the mercury content does not meet the requirements.
