1 Scope
This standard specifies the toy material gas chromatography mass tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate MS detection method.
This standard applies to toys and children's products in the polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate

Principle 2
Acetone/tetrahydrofuran solvent mixture sample of tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate ultrasonic extraction, the extract using gas chromatography
Spectrum/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) measurement, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, use only reagents of analytical grade and above.
3.1 acetone
3.2 tetrahydrofuran
3.3 acetone/tetrahydrofuran mixed solution of a 1. 1 (volume ratio)
3.4 tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate standards (CAS No. 115-96-8). not less than 97% purity
3.5 standard stock solution. Weigh accurately tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate standard (3.4) (accurate to 0.1mg), with acetone/tetrahydrofuran mixture
Solution (3.3) formulated into stock solution 500mg/L, and at 4 ℃ refrigerator stored.
3.6 standard solution. A standard stock solution (3.5) with acetone/tetrahydrofuran mixed solution of stepwise diluted to 0.5mg/L, 1.0mg/L,
2.0mg/L, 5.0mg/L of standard working solution at 4 ℃ refrigerator stored.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MSD). with EI source.
4.2 Ultrasound. maximum power of not less than 1400W, with temperature control.
4.3 Millipore filter (organic phase). Aperture 0.45μm.
4.4 Container. 50mL of stoppered bottles.
4.5 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
