1 Scope

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, use only reagents of analytical grade or higher purity.

3.3 acetophenone. Purity ≥98% (CAS Number. 98-86-2).
3.4 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of acetophenone standards with methanol (3.1) formulated in a concentration of about 1000μg/mL standard
Quasi stock solution.
3.5 Standard working solution. methylene chloride standard stock solution (3.4) as required by serial dilution to a concentration of 0.5μg/mL,
1.0μg/mL, 5.0μg/mL, 10.0μg/mL, 20.0μg/mL of standard working solution.
4 instruments and equipment

4.2 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
4.3 ultrasonic generator. Operating frequency 40kHz.
