1 Scope
This section specifies the electrical and electronic products plastic parts of 15 phthalate esters by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry.
This section applies to the determination of electrical and electronic goods and plastic parts 15 kinds of phthalates.
2 Method summary
After the sample was freeze pulverized and mixed solvent extract was filtered with methanol chloroform (12) by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry
Instrument (GC/MS) measurement, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade.
3.1 methanol.
3.2 chloroform.
The extract was 3.3. chloroform methanol (12).
3.4 phthalate esters. standard, purity ≥98%. 15 kinds of phthalates material Chinese name, English name, English

Phthalate esters 3.5 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of phthalates standard (3.4), to the nearest
0.1mg, respectively, were dissolved and set the volume with methanol (3.1). Preparation of a concentration of 500mg/L of standard stock solution.
3.6 preparation of phthalate esters mixed standard working solution. Pipette respectively concentration of 500mg/L of phthalate esters thereof

4.1 Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MSD). with EI source.
4.2 microwave extraction instrument.
4.3 mill or similar device.

5 Sample Preparation
The sample was broken into pieces less than 1cm × 1cm, after frozen in liquid nitrogen, using a mill (4.3) crushed to a particle size less than 1mm
