3 Method summary
The sample was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, and after methanol precipitation of impurities, to LC-MS was measured and confirmed, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade. Water should be consistent with GB/T 6682 water level.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.2 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.3 THF. HPLC grade.
4.4 glacial acetic acid.
4.5 tributyltin, triphenyltin and tri-octyl tin Standard. Purity ≥98%, see Appendix A.
4.6 organotin standard stock solution. the standard concentration of the stock solution concentration of organotin cation. Accurately weighed amount of organotin standard
Products, with a small amount of methanol dissolved and diluted to volume in a brown flask, the concentration of 1000μg/mL, method of preparation see Appendix B.
4.7 negative sample extract. with free samples of organic tin, different substrates prepared in accordance with 6.1 negative sample extract.
4.8 Matrix standard solution. apply diluted to concentrations of matrix standard as required by the negative sample extract (4.7) standard stock solution
Working solution. Reference linear range. TBT, TPhT of 0.1μg/mL ~ 10.0μg/mL; TOT is 0.05μg/mL ~
5.0μg/mL.

5.1 Liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. with electrospray ionization (ESI).
5.2 Ultrasonic Extractor. 100W, operating frequency 40kHz.
