1 Scope
This section provides high-performance liquid chromatographic method for electrical and electronic products plastic parts 11 kinds of phthalates.
This section applies to the determination of electrical and electronic goods and plastic parts 11 kinds of phthalates.
2 Method summary
After the samples were frozen and ground with methanol chloroform (12) by a mixed solvent extraction, the extract was dried with nitrogen and then with methanol
Dissolved, filtration, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) assay, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water as a secondary water.
3.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.2 chloroform.
The extract was 3.3. chloroform methanol (12).
3.4 phthalate esters. standard, purity ≥98%. 11 kinds of phthalates material Chinese name, English name, English

4.1 High performance liquid chromatograph. equipped with a diode array detector (DAD).
4.2 microwave extraction instrument. extraction tank with polytetrafluoroethylene material.
4.3 mill or similar device.
4.4 tube. 10mL.
4.5 Pipette. 2mL, 10mL.
4.6 nitrogen blowing instrument.
4.7 needle filter head. 0.45μm.
5 Sample Preparation
The sample was broken into small pieces less than 1cm × 1cm, and after freezing in liquid nitrogen, using a mill (4.3) crushed to a particle size of less than 1mm particles.
