1 Scope
This section specifies the gas chromatographic method for electrical and electronic products plastic parts 12 kinds of phthalates.
This section applies to the determination of electrical and electronic goods and plastic parts 12 kinds of phthalates.
2 Method summary
After the samples were frozen and ground with methanol chloroform (12) after a mixed solvent extraction, the extract was filtered, measured by gas chromatography

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade.
3.1 methanol.
3.2 chloroform.
The extract was 3.3. chloroform methanol (12).
3.4 phthalate esters. standard, purity ≥98%. 12 kinds of phthalates material Chinese name, English name, English

Phthalate esters 3.5 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of phthalates standard (3.4), to the nearest
0.1mg, respectively, were dissolved and set the volume with methanol (3.1). Preparation of a concentration of 500mg/L of standard stock solution.

4 instruments and equipment
4.1 Gas chromatograph. with hydrogen flame detector (FID).
4.2 microwave extraction instrument. extraction tank with polytetrafluoroethylene material.
4.3 mill or similar device.
4.4 Pipette. 10mL.
4.5 needle filter head. 0.45μm.
5 Sample Preparation
The sample was broken into small pieces less than 1cm × 1cm, and after freezing in liquid nitrogen, using a mill (4.3) crushed to a particle size of less than 1mm particles.
