1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export of fireworks products basic environmental tests "Temperature, humidity cyclic test" test method.
This standard applies to the use of the accelerated method to determine the import and export of fireworks products in high temperature, high humidity and low temperature reservoir conditions and deterioration

Test Method 3
3.1 Equipment
3.1.1 Temperature/humidity chamber. The temperature can be maintained at 75 ℃ ± 2 ℃, relative humidity can be maintained at 93% ± 2%.
3.1.2 cryostat tank. the temperature can be maintained at -50 ℃ ± 2 ℃.
3.1.3 Temperature/humidity automatic recording system. real-time measurement, recording and storage temperature/humidity test chamber temperature and humidity, and can record low
Warm incubator temperature.
NOTE. As a climatic chamber can meet the requirements of 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, you can only use the same climatic chamber.
3.2 Sample Requirements
Sample to be tested should be Pyrotechnic products, the number of samples is 6 or 6 sales package.
3.3 Test Procedure
3.3.1 Initial Detection
Three randomly selected samples of packing or three sales, according to SN/T 0306.5-2012 requirements of Appendix A, respectively appearance
Size, component mounting, fuse and discharge performance testing, if not any SN/T 0306.2 and SN/T 0306.3 provisions
Defects, the remaining three samples or three sales package for environmental testing.
3.3.2 Environmental Testing
3.3.2.1 The sample was kept at room temperature for 2h.
3.3.2.2 The sample was placed in a cryostat chamber temperature of -50 ℃, keeping 6h.
3.3.2.3 sample was removed from the cryostat chamber, kept at room temperature for 2h.
