1 Scope
This specification specifies the determination of natural killer cell activity test methods, test data and evaluation.
This standard applies to test the impact of experimental animals once or more exposure to chemicals on NK cell activity.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Lithium or L sodium lactate, nitrotetrazolium chloride (INT), phenazine dimethyl sulfate (PMS), oxidized coenzyme I (NAD), 0.2 mol/L
Tris-HCl buffer, adjustable micro sampler, 96-well plate, CO2 incubator, microplate reader, LDH matrix liquid configuration shown in Table 1.
