1 Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation, gas chromatography and gas chromatography in food PROFENOFOS Residues Determination - mass spectrometry and confirmation methods.
This standard applies to broccoli, cabbage, carrots, ginger, apples, pears, peanuts, tea, milk, honey, rice, beans, chicken, rabbit meat,
Fish, shrimp in PROFENOFOS residues measured and confirmed.
Principle 2
The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, ethylenediamine healthy silica gel solid phase extraction column of carbon black and graphite solid phase extraction columns in series purification, gas chromatography
Spectroscopy, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry confirmed the determination, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetone. residual level.
3.2 acetonitrile. residual level.
3.3 hexane. Residual level.
3.4 ethyl acetate. residual level.
3.5 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in the dryer to cool and set aside.
3.6 sodium chloride.
3.7 ethyl acetate - n-hexane mixed solution (1 + 4, volume ratio). Take 200mL ethyl acetate and n-hexane was added 800mL, shake spare.
3.8 Sodium hydroxide (2mol/L). Weigh 8.0g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in 100mL of water.
3.9 phosphate buffer (0.5mol/L, pH7.0). Weigh 52.7g 30.2g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, water soluble 1L
Solutions with 2mol/L sodium hydroxide to pH 7.0.
3.10 Profenophos standards. (Profenofos, C11H15BrClO3PS, CAS number. 41198-08-7) is greater than 97% purity.
3.11 propylene Bromo phosphorus standard solution. Accurately weighed amount of standard, dissolved in acetone, standard storage configuration to a concentration of 1.0mg/mL of
Preparation of liquid. Diluted as needed with acetone to the appropriate concentration of the standard working solution. Stored in a refrigerator at 4 ℃.
3.12 graphitized carbon black SPE. Envi-Carb3mL, 500mg, or equivalent person.
3.13 ethylenediamine healthy silica gel solid phase extraction column. PrimarySecondaryAmine, PSA3mL, 500mg, or equivalent person.
