3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
4.2 hexane. HPLC fractions.
4.3 isopropanol.
4.4 formic acid. HPLC fractions.
4.5 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in a desiccator.
4.6 acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. 100mL acetonitrile was added 100mL of n-hexane, followed by sufficient shaking, standing layer, the upper layer of liquid.
4.7 0.1% formic acid solution. Take 1mL exact amount of formic acid (4.4) in 1L flask, water volume to 1L.
4.8 acetonitrile - water (40 + 60, by volume). Measure 40mL of acetonitrile is added 60mL of water and mix.
Lifestyle Ximing 4.9 standard (Rifaximin, CASN o.80621-81-4). purity of greater than or equal to 95%.
4.10 Lifestyle Ximing standard stock solution. Weigh about 0.01g Lifestyle Ximing standard (accurate to 0.0001g), dissolved in acetonitrile and dilute to
100mL, this standard solution at a concentration of 100μg/mL, placed in -18 ℃ refrigerator stored. Shelf life of six months.
4.11 Lifestyle Ximing standard solution (1.0μg/mL). draw the right amount of Lifestyle Ximing standard stock solution (4.10), paired with acetonitrile
1.0μg/mL of standard working solution. Standard working solution at 4 ℃ dark storage.
4.12 SPE column. WatersoasisHLB column, 500mg, 6mL, or equivalent person.
4.13 microporous membrane. 0.45μm, organic phase.
