4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 formic acid. HPLC grade.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.3 acetonitrile.
4.4 ethyl acetate.
4.5 hydrochloric acid.
4.6 TCA.
4.7 Tris (Tris). chemical reagents.
4.8 methyl acrylate.
4.9 Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate dihydrate (EDTA).
4.10 1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. Measure 40mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid, diluted with water to 500mL.
4.11 7% methacrylate acetonitrile. 7mL amount of methyl acrylate was added 93mL of acetonitrile and mix.
4.12 5% methanol solution of formic acid. amount of formic acid was added 5mL 95mL of methanol mix.
4.13 40% aqueous methanol. Measure 40mL of methanol was added 60mL of water and mix.
4.14 Tris-EDTA buffer solution. Weigh 6gTris and 0.93gEDTA dissolved in 400mL of water, with 1mol/L hydrochloric acid
(4.10) adjusted to pH 9.1 and diluted to 500mL.
4.15 20% TCA solution. Weigh 20g TCA was added 80mL of water to dissolve and mix.
4.16 anion exchange extraction column. hybrid anion exchange packing (MAX), 60mg/3mL or equivalent person.
