1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export food procymidone residues by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method.

2 Method summary
Sample acetone - n-hexane shaking extraction, graphite carbon black SPE or neutral alumina solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography -
Mass Spectrometry and validation, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled water.
3.1 hexane. redistilled.
3.2 acetone. redistilled.
3.3 sodium chloride.
3.4 anhydrous sodium sulfate. After burning 650 ℃ 4h, the dryer use.
3.5 acetone - n-hexane (1 + 2, volume ratio). Take 100mL acetone, n-hexane was added 200mL, shake spare.
3.6 acetone - n-hexane (1 + 1, volume ratio). Take 200mL acetone, n-hexane was added 200mL, shake spare.
3.7 procymidone standard substance (Procymidone, C13H11Cl2NO2, CAS number. 32809-16-8). purity of greater than 99%.
3.8 procymidone standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of procymidone standard substance with acetone formulated to 1000μg/mL standard stock
