2 Method summary
Sample water after soaking shaking extraction with acetone extract was liquid-liquid partition and solid phase extraction after purification by liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry
Detection, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise noted, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water or equivalent purity.
3.1 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
3.2 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
3.3 acetone. HPLC fractions.
3.4 dichloromethane. HPLC fractions.
3.5 Toluene. HPLC fractions.
3.6 formic acid. HPLC fractions.
3.7 ammonium acetate.
3.8 sodium chloride.
3.9 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in a desiccator cool reserve.
3.10 aid. celite545, or equivalent person.
3.11 15% sodium chloride solution. Accurately weigh 15g of sodium chloride was dissolved in 100mL of water.
3.12 0.1% aqueous formic acid (containing 0.5mmol/L ammonium acetate). The exact amount of formic acid and 1mL Weigh 0.0386g ammonium acetate in 1L
