1 Scope
This standard specifies the imported and exported food hexaflumuron residues LC - MS/MS detection method.
This standard applies to rice, soybeans, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, apples, strawberries, asparagus, carrots, basil leaves, peanut, chestnut, chicken, beef
Determination of meat and Kidneys hexaflumuron residues and confirmation.
2 Method summary
Sample residues hexaflumuron extracted with acetonitrile, the solid-phase extraction (SPE), high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile. acetonitrile mobile phase HPLC grade, others were of analytical grade.
3.2 acetone.
3.3 n-hexane.
3.4 formic acid.
3.5 ammonium acetate.
3.6 anhydrous sodium sulfate. burning at 650 ℃ 4h, stored in a desiccator, cool reserve.
3.7 acetone - n-hexane (1 + 9, volume ratio). 9mL amount of 1mL of acetone and n-hexane, and mix.
3.8 acetone - n-hexane (1 + 1, volume ratio). amount of 1mL 1mL of acetone and n-hexane, and mix.
3.9 0.1% formic acid + 0.5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.0385g ammonium acetate is added 1mL formic acid, dissolved water to the
1L spare.
3.10 acetonitrile. 0.1% formic acid + 0.5mmol/L aqueous ammonium acetate solution = 70.30 (volume ratio). Measure 70mL and 30mL acetonitrile
(3.9) solution, and mix.
3.11 Hexaflumuron standards (Hexaflumuron, CASN o. 86479-06-3). purity greater than or equal to 99%.
3.12 Hexaflumuron standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount hexaflumuron standard with acetonitrile dubbed the concentration of 100.0mg/L standard stock
Solution, 4 ℃ stored in the dark for six months. Diluted with acetonitrile stock solution required standard working solution of appropriate concentration, using now.
3.13 Florisil SPE column. 1000mg, 6mL, or equivalent person.
