Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is modified by the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) Aquatic Animal Diseases Diagnostic Manual (2012 edition, Chapter 2.3.07).
The main differences between this standard and the OIE method are as follows.
--- Deleted the contents of the electron microscope microscopy;
--- Removed the content of the prevention and control of the true iridescent virus disease in the OIE manual;
--- Removed the epidemiological content from the OIE manual.
This standard replaces SN/T 1675-2011 "Technical Specification for Quarantine of Iridium Virus Color Virus".
The main technical differences between this standard and SN/T 1675-2011 are as follows.
--- Deleted the contents of the electron microscope microscopy;
--- The normative appendix adds the main reagents and formulas used in the document;
--- Re-formatted.

The true iridescent virus disease is an important disease causing culture of marine fish, causing a variety of marine fish diseases, and is listed in the World Animal Health Group.
